Who we are

This site is run by JKwek Holdings Ltd., which operates Baize Studio. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” mean JKwek Holdings Ltd. It explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.

When you ask to see the games

To play the games you need our approval. If you ask for an access code, we keep the name, email, company and note you give us. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address from your Google account, and Google’s identifier for that account. We never see your Google password, and we ask Google for nothing else. We use these details only to decide who can see the games and to contact you about your access.

Cookies

When you are approved, a cookie keeps you signed in on that device for 30 days. While a request waits for approval, a cookie remembers it so the page can open by itself. Signing in with Google sets a short cookie for the few minutes the sign-in takes. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics service.

Feedback and demo play

If you send us feedback through the site, we keep what you write and any images you attach. The games keep demo rounds and demo credit balances so that they can run; these are not linked to your name.

Logs and activity

Our hosting provider’s logs record requests, including IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.

Once you are approved, we keep a record of the pages and games you open on the site, with your IP address and the kind of device and browser you use. If a team shares one access code, we also keep the name each person gives when they sign in with it. We use this record to protect the games and our partners’ access to them, for example to notice when a code has been passed on or a game is being copied. We keep it while you have access and for a reasonable time afterwards, and you have the same rights over it as over everything else on this page.

When you send feedback, we keep only a scrambled form of your address, to limit abuse.

Who sees your information

Only us. A new access request, a sign-in or unusual activity reaches us as a private notification. We use service providers to host the site and deliver those notifications, and they handle the information only to do that for us. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep an access record while you have access and for a reasonable time afterwards, so that we know who has seen the games. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also remove Baize Studio’s access to your Google account at any time in your Google account settings.
